One credit equals one flight search. When we check prices for your watch, it costs 1 credit. Failed searches (API errors) are free — you only pay for successful results.
Do credits expire?+
No. Credits never expire. Buy them when you need them and use them at your own pace.
What happens when I run out of credits?+
Your active watches are automatically paused and you'll receive a notification. Top up to resume monitoring instantly.
Can I get a refund?+
Yes. If you have unused credits, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Do you offer subscriptions?+
Not yet — we're working on subscription plans with auto-refill for power users. For now, one-time packs give you full flexibility.
