Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FlightAlert (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FlightAlert is a flight price monitoring platform. You create “watches” — specifying routes, dates, and price thresholds — and the Service automatically checks flight prices and sends you alerts via email or Telegram when fares meet your criteria.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@flightalert.pro if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Credits and Billing

The Service uses a credit-based billing model. One credit equals one flight price check. Credits are purchased in packs through our payment processor, Stripe.

  • New accounts receive 50 free credits upon signup.
  • Purchased credits never expire.
  • Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
  • Only successful flight searches consume credits. If a search fails due to a system error, no credit is charged.
  • When your credit balance reaches zero, active watches are automatically paused until you top up.

All prices are in USD. You agree to pay all charges incurred through your account at the prices in effect when the charges were incurred.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or Service infrastructure.
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit credits or Service data without prior written consent.
  • Use automated tools (other than our provided API) to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it.

7. API Access

The Service may provide API keys for programmatic access. API usage is subject to these Terms and any published rate limits. We reserve the right to revoke API access for abuse or excessive usage.

8. Telegram Integration

You may optionally link a Telegram account to receive alerts and interact with our AI assistant. By linking your account, you consent to receiving messages from the FlightAlert bot. You can unlink your account at any time from the dashboard or by sending /unlink to the bot.

9. Flight Data Accuracy

Flight prices and availability are sourced from third-party providers and may change at any time. FlightAlert does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any flight data. We are not a travel agency and do not sell tickets — booking links redirect you to the airline or travel provider.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by FlightAlert and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you provide to the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlightAlert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to FlightAlert in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

13. Termination

You may close your account at any time from the dashboard settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, unused credits are subject to our Refund Policy.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
